Elmbridge Phoenix - Code of Conduct
Elmbridge Phoenix SC is committed to creating a safe, respectful, inclusive, and positive environment for all members. This Code of Conduct outlines the standards of behaviour expected from everyone involved with the club.
If a member fails to follow this Code of Conduct, the club may take appropriate action, including:
- Verbal warning
- Written warning
- Temporary suspension from training, or club activities
- Permanent removal from Elmbridge Phoenix membership
Serious incidents may also be reported to relevant governing bodies or authorities where necessary.
By joining Elmbridge Phoenix, all members agree to follow this Code of Conduct and help maintain a positive and respectful environment for everyone.
