Meet the Coaches
We are proud to have an experienced and passionate team guiding Elmbridge swimmers. As the Head of Aquatics for Move4Sport I will oversee the strength and conditioning program for Elmbridge Swimming Club whilst Josh will be the main coach at Elmbridge Swimming Club.
Josh works as Strength and Conditioning Coach for Move4Sport and is a Master's student in Sports Rehabilitation. Josh has worked with athletes of all ages and abilities across a variety of sports, including rugby, basketball, tennis, athletics, and swimming. His experience spans roles as a fitness coach, personal trainer, and strength and conditioning coach, where I’ve developed personalised training programs aimed at improving performance and achieving individual goals. Additionally, his ongoing studies in sports rehabilitation allow him to integrate injury prevention and recovery strategies into his approach, helping athletes stay healthy and perform at their best.
We also have a whole team of other qualified strength and conditioning coaches who may at times attend sessions to cover or assist as and when required.
Our approach is backed by years of experience in working with youth athletes, ensuring a safe and supportive environment where swimmers can build their physical foundation and confidence. Sessions are tailored to suit various age groups and skill levels, ensuring that every athlete can progress effectively.
