Squad Details:

• Up to 8h swimming per week
• Up to 5 swim sessions per week
• Competing at L1-4 meets
• Very good  level of commitment and attendance recommended
• Targeting Counties and open meets
• Minimum target attendance of 70%

Competition Expectations:

1. Attendance at the National Arena Swimming League if selected.
2. Counties and Regionals if qualified.
3. Target meets L1-4, at least one Open Meet a term.
4. Attendance at Club Champs.
5. Support for younger swimmers at junior meets/leagues.
